REFUND REQUESTS

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?


Just like sporting events and other attractions, we do not offer refunds. The only exception is if you or any members of your party were unable to attend and you purchased ticket insurance when buying your tickets online.


If I enter the haunted house and get too scared, what do I do?


If you find yourself too scared, please remain calm and inform the actor in the room, and they will escort you outside or call the show manager to assist you. Please keep in mind that, similar to sporting events and large attractions, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. However, if you opted for the ticket insurance add-on for $1.99 during your online purchase, and you are unable to use your tickets, we will process a refund for your tickets—no questions asked—minus the ticket insurance fee.


HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?


If you have purchased ticket insurance and would like to initiate a refund request, please email us at 13THWORLDSCARE@GMAIL.COM with the following information:


- Name on the tickets

- Order number

- Email used to purchase the tickets


Once we receive this information, we will start the refund process for the cost of your tickets, excluding the ticket insurance. (NOTE: The system requires a 24-hour period after a purchase before we can process refunds.) Please allow us 1-3 days to address your refund request.
